Returns / Exchanges
Since our products are printed to order we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. We will only offer product returns if they are:
• Received damaged
• Design is distorted/misprinted
• Wrong size/color was sent
If you experience any of these issues please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. In some cases we may kindly ask for the flawed item to be returned to us to determine the type of issue, after which we can process a reimbursement.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us no more than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
In any case please do not hesitate to contact us!
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
— If your package is marked as delivered but haven’t received it:
🏠 Verify the Delivery Address
Carefully review the shipping confirmation email. Even a minor address error can cause significant delays.
📬 Contact Your Local Post Office & Ask Your Mail Carrier
Packages might be awaiting collection or clarification at the post office. Reach out to check if it's there.
👀 Check with Neighbors
Ask neighbors if the package was mistakenly delivered to them. Couriers sometimes make adjacent deliveries.
📝 File a Claim with the Postal Service
If tracking confirms delivery but your package is still MIA, initiate a claim directly with the postal service. Here's the link to kickstart a claim with USPS:

Will you cover the cost if there's a local postal delivery issue?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our on-demand production, we cannot cover costs for reshipping or offer refunds for local postal delivery issues. This policy remains firm.
Nevertheless, we're fully committed to assisting you within these constraints. If your package continues to be undelivered after following the provided steps, please reach out. We'll do our utmost to help, keeping within our policy limitations.
